Product requests status explained

We give you all the tips to manage your product emissions requests easily

You can see multiple different status in your <Product purchased> and <Received product request> tabs.

Status explained for your <Product purchased> tab:

• Draft: You have product emissions requests ready to be sent to your supplier

• Pending: You have sent your request and wait for an answer from your supplier

• Declined by them: Your supplier has declined to answer your request

• Need review: Your supplier has replied and you need to approve or decline their answer.

• Complete: You have approved your supplier answer.

• Rejected by us: You have rejected your supplier answer

Status explained for your <Received product request> tab:

• Need reply: You have received a product emissions request from your customer

• Rejected by us: You have rejected to answer to your customer's request

• Pending: You have provided the data and waiting for your customer to approve or reject it.

• Declined by them: Your customer has declined your answer

• Complete: Your customer has approved your answer. You can add your product emissions to your <product catalogue> tab.
